Shipping Information

We offer worldwide shipping to almost every country in the world. Your orders will be packaged and shipped safely and carefully at our location in Germany.

As a rule, orders are shipped on working days within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Shipping takes place via the DHL Group network. All of our shipments are also sent traceable and insured. You will receive the tracking link as soon as the goods are on their way.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated depending on the destination country and the shipping weight. To calculate the shipping costs, simply put the items in the shopping cart, select the destination country and the shipping costs will then be displayed.
Delivery times vary greatly from country to country and current events in the world. However, in order to keep delivery times short, all orders are sent using “priority” shipping. If you need further information about delivery times to your country before ordering, please contact us and we will examine the case individually.

All deliveries are sent sustainably using the DHL Group’s GoGreen service, which means that the resulting emissions are offset by high-quality climate protection projects worldwide if they cannot be prevented.
We bear the costs of ecological compensation.

Payment Information

Our sales prices are ex stock and are stated in euros including VAT and excluding shipping costs. If you order outside the European Union, the prices will be shown excluding statutory VAT, as this is a VAT-free export delivery to a third country.

Customs and import taxes

Please note that orders outside the European Union may incur additional costs, such as import duties and local taxes, which must be borne by the customer. Please contact your local customs office in advance to find out about country-specific import duties. Every country has different regulations for handling imported goods.
